Vacancy available: we are hiring a glass cutter in Southampton, England. You will work at a busy glazing workshop. You should have: • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools • Able to cut glass accurately to size The role involves: • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer £2,150 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
