Line cook — Moniteau County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Moniteau County, Missouri. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time with occasional weekends.
