Join our team: we are hiring a marble fitter in New Hanover County, North Carolina. You should have: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding The role involves: • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
