Urgent requirement: we are hiring an auto mechanic in Douglas County, Minnesota. The job is in a roadside repair garage. Ideal candidate: • Able to read wiring diagrams and workshop manuals • Valid driving licence The role involves: • Check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid • Replace alternators, starter motors and batteries • Replace exhaust systems and catalytic converters • Bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear • Replace clutch plates and gearbox components • Service and replace timing belts and chains At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
