Excavator operator wanted in Phillips County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in Phillips County, Arkansas. The job is on an earthmoving and excavation site. You will break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; check for underground cables and services before digging. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
