Back-of-house cleaner — Richmond County

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Richmond County, New York. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
