QC inspector • Orleans Parish, Louisiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a QC inspector in Orleans Parish, Louisiana. The job is on a garment production line. You should have: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Your main tasks: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
