Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar installer in Phelps County, Nebraska. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. The role involves bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions. Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
