Great opportunity: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Ness County, Kansas. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
