Stainless steel welder • Zurmi, Zamfara State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Zurmi, Zamfara State. Day-to-day duties: • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion Requirements: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Full-time with occasional weekends.
