Urgent requirement: commercial painter (Maryland)

Now hiring: we are hiring a commercial painter in Washington County, Maryland. You will work at a property maintenance company. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers You will hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours.
