Requirements: • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems You will solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings; replace worn washers, seals and float valves; detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework; lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall; cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections.
