Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns On the job you will handle: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels Rotating shifts.
