Ladle pourer wanted in Henderson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Henderson County, Illinois. You will cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities. You should have: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
