Bar bender and fixer wanted in Currituck County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Currituck County, North Carolina. You should have: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Your main tasks: • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
