Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
