Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Rockbridge County, Virginia. Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice Your main tasks: • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
