Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Greene County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a catering unit. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
