Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in City of Falls Church, Virginia. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $17 per hour, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
