Glazing assistant • Emmet County, Iowa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glazing assistant in Emmet County, Iowa. You will be based on a construction site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools Day to day you will apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames.
