Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Kent County, Maryland. The role involves: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations What we are looking for: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
