Trowel-trade bricklayer wanted in Culberson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Culberson County, Texas. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. Requirements: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks The role involves forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $210 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
