Pipe lagger wanted in Bursari Local Government Area

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Bursari Local Government Area, Yobe State. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. Day to day you will fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel 3+ years on the tools preferred.
