Vacancy available: gas appliance installer (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Runnels County, Texas. You will work in a gas distribution network. Your main tasks: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
