Join our team: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Aberdeen City, Scotland. You will work at a busy earthworks site. Day to day you will strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin. What we are looking for: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Overtime paid at a premium rate.
