We are recruiting: commis chef (Sokoto State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Shagari, Sokoto State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Part-time with flexible hours.
