Horizontal milling machine operator • Montgomery County, Maryland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Montgomery County, Maryland. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience The role involves hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed.
