Argon arc welder — Kazaure

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Kazaure, Jigawa State. On a typical shift you will set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
