Tailor machinist wanted in Allen County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Allen County, Kentucky. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently You will stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go.
