Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges The role involves: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
