Earthmoving plant operator wanted in Orelope

Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Orelope, Oyo State. You will work in an open-cast mine. Day-to-day duties: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
