Day to day you will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Good eye for colour matching and blending 4+ years on the tools preferred.
