Bulldozer operator • Butler County, Iowa

Join our team: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Butler County, Iowa. You will work in an open-cast mine. On a typical shift you will keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects. You should have: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $140 per day plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
