Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
