Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Crawford County, Ohio. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens You will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
