Immediate opening: catering cook (Minnesota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Le Sueur County, Minnesota. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits.
