Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Hand County, South Dakota. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
