Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Bwari, Federal Capital Territory. You will work in a food and dairy equipment factory. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day The role involves: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
