Conventional mill operator • Washtenaw County, Michigan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Washtenaw County, Michigan. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work The role involves run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors. Pay around $5,000 per project, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
