Join our team: plant operator (Michigan)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Iosco County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs. Requirements: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Part-time with flexible hours. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
