Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners On a typical shift you will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting.
