Urgent requirement: confectioner (Minnesota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Lac qui Parle County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
