Short order cook wanted in Fulton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Fulton County, New York. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
