Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line operative in Burnet County, Texas. You will work on a production line. Your main tasks: • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench Requirements: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
