Pastry baker wanted in Uyo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker 1+ years on the tools preferred.
