Steam press operator — Wheatland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steam press operator in Wheatland County, Montana. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Your main tasks: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
