Retail butcher wanted in Osage County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Osage County, Kansas. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain.
