Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience.
