Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe operator in Union County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Part-time with flexible hours.
