Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Yellowstone County, Montana. You will work at a fast-food outlet. The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
